4th photo is a 3-hour rise 😍

Day 1: Add starter to 5-10g of warm water. Allow to sit for 1-2 hours or until fully hydrated. Feed 15g of flour & 15g of water.

Days 2-4: discard half, feed 1:1:1 or 1:2:2

Use at peak rise or just after peak rise.
