Alright y’all, I’m officially on vacation! I’ll see all of you when I get back!

To those of you showing while I’m gone, GOOD LUCK! You’re all going to do amazing. Support each other, help one another out, and be the people lifting up and encouraging others.

If any last-minute questions come up, trust yourself, trust your horse, and refer back to your rulebook. (I left Callie with a copy!)

You are all talented, prepared, and more than capable. Now go out there, have fun, and show your horse! I’ll be cheering you all on from afar!

Less than a week until I leave!

Wed Sept 30 thru Thur Oct 8 I will not be available.

Many of you have already gotten with me, which I appreciate. If you have not, please do not wait. I will not have my calendar with me when I travel, so if you're not in it, I'm going to assume you want to just skip your lesson for the week.

*Please note that skipping is solely for lesson students. Those in a program will still receive their total monthly sessions.

Hi everyone!

As many of you know, I’ll be out of town September 30–October 8. I want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to get their ride time in before I leave, especially those who will be showing while I’m away.

Although Sundays and Mondays are normally not scheduled lesson days, I’ll be available September 27 and 28 to accommodate everyone’s schedules. Lessons will be first come, first served, so please reach out sooner rather than later to secure your spot.

For monthly training clients, your allotted number of rides will remain the same. If the available dates don’t work for you, we can always double up on another week or adjust the schedule throughout the month to make sure your horse receives their full training time.

Hey yall!
We're in that time of year again.... wet!

Please know I will do everything in my power to keep lessons as scheduled. However, safety for the horses, you, and me is my top priority.

As a friendly reminder, please drive slow down the road to the barn and onto the driveway. Please also ensure you are parking in designated areas. There are spots of standing water and soft ground and we don't want anyone getting stuck.

Show season is almost here!! I know we've been doing a few things here and there, and I don't know about you, but I'm getting excited!

I've uploaded a bunch to the shared calendar, so be sure to check it out. There are a lot of options, and I'll add to it as I see more. If any shows or clinics pop up that you're interested in, send them my way and I'll upload them to the calendar as well. If you need access to the calendar, just send me a message with your email and I'll add you on.

Well I'm BEAMING!

What a great couple of days at the state show! Aubrey and Lacie had a goal of jumping clean rounds and absolutely knocked it out of the park. They had great communication, timing, and fluidity throughout their entire course.

Today, the focus shifted to consistency and softness. Despite one slight bobble, they completely accomplished that goal as well. Compared to their very first 4-H show, they were truly unrecognizable. The growth they've shown has been incredible.

I'm over the moon with not only their performance, but Aubrey's sportsmanship and horsemanship. She was ready to go before they even called placings because "she was proud of her horse."

I'm so proud to be a part of your journey. I'm excited to watch you continue to grow and achieve goals.

Congratulations to all competitors. There was really great competition, great horses, and great riders out there.

This dynamic duo is all ready for the start of the Florida 4H State Horse Show!!! I'm so proud of this little team and am wishing them the best of luck over the next few days. I'll be here in your corner girlfriend! Let's go out there, have some fun, and leave it all in the arena.

What an incredible way to wrap up an amazing season!

This season was filled with so much growth, determination, and memorable moments. Watching each rider and horse partnership develop throughout the year has been truly rewarding, and it's hard to put into words just how proud I am of every single one of you. Even James earned his first buckle!

Not every ride went exactly according to plan, but time and time again, everyone showed up, saddled up, and gave their very best with the horse they had that day. That kind of dedication, resilience, and horsemanship is something to be proud of. Along the way, countless small goals were achieved, and those milestones led to some major accomplishments.

I'm so excited to see what next season brings. Continued growth, learning, confidence, and fun that make this team so special. Maybe, I can convince a few more people to step outside their comfort zones and give showing a try. 👀

Congratulations to all competitors. Every person who shows up, puts themselves out there, and gives it their all, contributes to an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and grow.

A huge thank you to the association, volunteers, supporters, families, and everyone working behind the scenes. None of this would be possible without your time, dedication, and encouragement.

Way to rock it, everyone. I couldn't be more proud. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to the horse show dads who may not always know what's going on, but show up anyway.

The dads who still aren't entirely sure what event they're watching, but clap enthusiastically after every run.

The dads who ask, "Did you win?" after you've spent 20 minutes explaining how the scoring works.

The dads who can change a trailer tire on the side of the road but still can't tell the difference between a snaffle bit and a curb bit.

The dads who spend all day carrying chairs, fetching drinks, holding horses, and asking, "So when do you go?" every 15 minutes.

The dads who may not understand lead changes, circles, spins, sidepasses or stops, but they understand showing up, cheering loudly, and being there when it counts.

Happy Father’s Day to the horse show dads. You might not know what's happening in the arena, but we always know you're in our corner. ❤️🤘
