Ten days ago we were asked to assist with rescuing 25 adult cats suffering as a result of abuse and neglect. Two have died. Twelve of the remaining cats are currently in our care.

All of the cats were infested with fleas upon intake and were treated accordingly. One of the cats required immediate medical attention.

Tomorrow we begin the process of having each cat vet checked, combo tested, dewormed, and vaccinated. We will also be scheduling spay/neuter & microchip appointments.

This is a daunting operation during one of our busiest times of the year, but your response to our request for assistance has been nothing short of amazing. Gifts from our Amazon and Chewy Wishlists arrived and included food, litter, flea and tick medication, probiotics, and cleaning supplies. Your generous monetary gifts will help with the significant medical expenses.

THANK YOU for your incredible kindness and support. We look forward to sharing details about the rescued kitties, so that each one will soon find a wonderful home and leave behind the fear and trauma of their former life.

Very recently we were made aware of a heartbreaking abuse/neglect situation involving a large number of cats. P*P and another local rescue have been collaborating and working tirelessly to bring the cats to safety.

This comes during a very busy rescue season and critical basic supplies are depleted.

Our Amazon and Chewy Wishlists have been modified to contain our most needed items. If you prefer, you can drop off at a volunteer’s home closest to you. (Message us for that location.)

Monetary donations using the Zeffy link below are also appreciated. This will assist with medical expenses for these cats. Donations can also be mailed to:
