I have some grooming availability between now and Halloween for dogs and cats who are ready for a fresh look, tidy-up, bath, or full groom.

Still no sign of Giovanni. Flyers are up in the Neighborhood. Hoping someone will see him and return him. We are heart broken and miss him terribly. His son Enzo the little red tabby has been crying for him. They always curled up together for naps. Giovanni has the sweetest smile for him. His girls miss him too and his little brother Ian wonders what happened to him. He is the honorary papa to my pack and all the cats miss him!

Please help us find our beloved Giovanni, short-haired male brown Tabby with velvet like fur, a unique exquisite wide nose, and a beautiful golden belly. Missing since 9/24/2026. Frequents the backstreets between Beers & Story Funeral Home and Country Bank (Highland, Squire & King Streets) in Palmer. He is a bit skittish but knows his name. If you have seen him, please call

BOLO: to any of our clients that live near us, be on the lookout for our beloved Giovanni. He escaped our fenced in area yesterday and has now missed two meals. He is very skittish outside of our house, but he does know his name and he likes his name! He has two collars on, one is black with a reflective stripe that has his name, address and phone number on it, the other is a purple pheromone breakaway collar to help with his skittish nature.

If seen, please let us know. His adopted son, Enzo, misses him and is desperately seeking him for cuddles.

This is really good advice for newly adopted pets.

We need to talk, because this needs to stop right now.

We are seeing far too many incidents on social media lately involving newly adopted dogs. Dogs bolting and getting lost, getting injured, or snapping and biting out of sheer fear and overwhelm. It is tragic, dangerous, and completely preventable.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. 🛑

No trips to the groomer. No dog parks. No crowded outdoor patios. No home improvement stores. And stop inviting half the neighborhood over to meet them on day two.

Found someone snoozing 💤 on my crochet 🧶 project again! Mr. Ian, our CFO (Chief Feline Officer) 👮‍♀️ taking a cat nap while waiting to greet the next client. He loves to be patted and his fur is so soft.
