Change is part of growth. But at OrthoPaws, what hasn’t changed is what matters most.

Our focus remains exactly where it should be: on the pets who count on us, the families who care for them, and the clinics who trust us to deliver thoughtful, custom mobility solutions—every time.

This year, we’re growing our team and expanding our expertise. We’ve recently welcomed:

▫️Christianna McLean, RVT, Case Manager with over a decade of veterinary experience and VOP expertise.

▫️ Pete DiPaolo, CPO, LPO, Clinical Advisor with 25 years in human and veterinary orthotics and prosthetics.

We continue to deliver in-person care across the Tampa Bay area and partner with veterinary clinics around the world, supporting patients from Canada to Australia and beyond.

Boaty had already been through a lot 😓

Tarsal surgery. A long recovery. And a brace that didn’t help.

His first device, made elsewhere, didn’t fit well. It lacked the support his limb needed and left him unstable and uncomfortable. That’s when his vet, Dr. March in Naples, referred him to us.

At OrthoPaws, we designed a custom tarsal brace just for Boaty—built for his anatomy, gait, and surgical history. We also added a modular knee component that can be activated in the future if needed, saving his family the cost of starting over 🩵.

The results were clear: Boaty was more stable, more comfortable, and finally able to enjoy his everyday life again.

Maggie looked happy chasing bubbles in the yard. But after playtime, her family noticed something familiar—she was limping again.

Two years earlier, Maggie had torn her cranial cruciate ligament (CCL).
Although she recovered without surgery, the injury left her knees vulnerable. Her limp was more than a leftover habit, it was a signal that her joints still needed support 😢.

Looking for a non-invasive option, Maggie’s family came to OrthoPaws.

We designed a set of custom bilateral stifle (knee) braces: one for her previously injured leg, and one to protect the healthy side from overuse.

Today, Maggie’s back to doing what she loves most. Balanced. Active. Confident 🩵.

At 12, Jessie was still full of energy until pain in her back leg made every step a struggle 💔

Her hock joint had become unstable, and even with holistic treatments, her limp kept getting worse. That’s when her family turned to us.

We built a custom tarsal brace just for her—lightweight, supportive, and designed to stabilize her stride without limiting movement.

Now? Jessie’s back to enjoying her walks, playing with her sister, and moving through life with confidence again 🩵

We know, you know  🛋️🐾 They claim the whole couch, steal your blanket, and somehow make your leg go numb…

And yet, we wouldn’t have it any other way 🩵

That’s why you’d go to the moon and back to help them stay by your side, with comfort, freedom, and all the mobility they need.

Because what really matters isn’t how much space they take up, It’s making sure they can always be there 🐶.
