A little behind the scenes of professional pet sitting… 🐾🩵

In the last 30 days, I’ve spent exactly ONE night in my own bed. 😅

It’s a part of this job people don’t always see. There are lots of adorable pictures, cuddles and happy pets—but sometimes it also means missing our own families, our own homes and the people we love so our clients’ pets can stay safe and comfortable in theirs.

And as hard as that can be sometimes, looking back at all these little faces makes it pretty easy to remember why we do it. 🩵 And why we’ve continued doing it for the last 7 years.

Tomorrow I finish my last overnight for the month, and then I’m heading home for a much-needed week of “normal life” before the suitcases come back out again. 😂

Yep. One. Whole. Week. That’s it. 🤣

A month away from home…but definitely time well spent. 🐾🩵
