Totally Fetch Animal Rescue is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit receiving NO government, county, or city funding. We rely entirely on donations, fundraising, and the generosity of our community to keep going.

The reality is, donations don’t come rolling in unless we’re actively asking for help. That’s why even something as simple as $5 Friday makes a HUGE difference!

Just 50 people donating $5 would mean $250 toward caring for our animals! ❤️

🌟 WAITING WEDNESDAY GOES TO OUR OLDEST RESIDENT! 🙏🏼💔

I honestly can’t believe we’re coming up on Jack’s 11th birthday! Our senior boy has officially earned his retirement… but don’t let that number fool you!! Jack absolutely does NOT act like he’s 11! 😂

Jack is a happy, loving guy who still has plenty of personality and plenty of life left to enjoy. What he really needs now is a retirement home where he can spend his golden years being loved, comfortable and spoiled. 🥹❤️

Someone once said “Happiness is a senior dog’s smile” 😉❣️

And Jack comes with a pretty great resume:

🩵 Good with dogs
💙 Good with cats
🩵 Neutered
💙 Microchipped
🩵 Up-to-date on vaccines
💙 And SO ready to have a family of his own!

We’re looking for someone who will look past the number 11 and see the wonderful dog Jack still is. He doesn’t need anything fancy, just a soft bed, a loving home and someone who will promise to make his retirement years the best ones yet. 🏡❤️

A new week, another chance to help Chad find HIS person. 💛

This handsome Belgian Malinois is around 2 years old, incredibly intelligent, athletic, and ready to learn!

We pulled Chad from Humane Society of the Treasure Coast when he was at risk and struggling with severe kennel stress. With time to decompress, proper care, exercise, and structured playgroups with other dogs, we’ve watched him blossom. ❤️

✅ Neutered, vaccinated & microchipped
✅ Housebroken & crate trained (Impact crate)
✅ Dog friendly!
✅ Extremely food motivated
✅ HIGH energy with plenty of drive!

Chad needs an experienced working-breed home committed to DAILY training, exercise, structure, and mental enrichment. He has exciting potential as a sport or active companion for someone ready to put in the time. 🙌🏼

If Bambi could choose how to spend her Sunday, it would be simple: curled up next to her person getting all the love. ❤️

This girl is INCREDIBLY friendly. She loves meeting people, loves affection, loves being close to you… honestly, Bambi just wants a human of her own to love on. 🥹

After spending her life being used for breeding in a massive federal dog-fighting operation, she deserves to know what it feels like to finally be someone’s baby.

If everyone who sees Wallen today donated just $5, imagine the difference we could make. 🙏🏼

Wallen has been with us for over a year after coming from the Humane Society of St. Lucie County. Shelter life was incredibly stressful for him, but here he’s been able to decompress, build confidence and absolutely THRIVE. ❤️

He’s about 5 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, loves his daily playgroups with other dogs and once he knows you, this boy is ALL about the attention and lap time. 😂❤️ He’s still waiting for someone to finally choose him.

Yesterday I shared just how much we’re struggling right now. I’m doing everything I can to keep this rescue going, but I truly cannot do it alone.

So today we’re asking for something SMALL that can become something HUGE…

I’m drowning, and I need to be honest about where we are. 💔

Asking for help doesn’t come easily to me. More often than not, I take the hit personally… working longer hours, taking odd jobs, selling what I own, and trying to figure it out myself. But when I do put out a plea, this community shows up, and I’m so grateful for that. 🙏🏼❤️

Right now, I’m exhausted and feeling 😔. Keeping everything going alone is taking a toll on my physical and emotional health. I’ve asked for volunteers, but we haven’t been able to find the consistent help we need.

Caring for the animals is what I do best. My life revolves around them, all day, every day. But the rescue also needs marketing, social media, fundraising, and all the work behind the scenes that brings in adoptions and of course the money to keep their care possible. I can’t keep doing all of it alone. 😓

We urgently need donations, especially monthly donors! Possibly to help us hire at least one consistent team member.

Having someone help with fundraising, marketing, and daily responsibilities would give us a chance to build steady support instead of constantly scrambling. It’s an investment in keeping this rescue going and, eventually, being able to help more animals.

Large donations could help us get started now. Smaller donations add up. Monthly donations would help us commit to ongoing help we can actually afford.

Right now, we’re at a standstill, and it hurts knowing how much more we could do with support.

🐾 WALLEN GOT A VISIT FROM ONE OF HIS FAVORITE PEOPLE! 🩵💛

This past weekend, when we put out a plea because we were incredibly low on dog food, our friend Meilanie showed up with THREE bags. She even did some shopping at Totally Thrift while she was here! Of course, I had to bring out her favorite boy, Wallen. ❤️

Meilanie works at the Humane Society of St. Lucie County, where we pulled Wallen from. He was one of her favorites there, and it’s always special to see them together again. I swear she sat on the floor hanging out with him for well over an hour. 🤣😂

Wallen struggled with the noise and constant traffic of the shelter. Since coming to our rescue, he’s had more consistency and room to decompress, and he has made HUGE strides. He’s a friendly boy who enjoys lots of attention, loves sitting in your lap, and enjoys getting pets! He just appreciates a calm approach rather than someone coming at him with a lot of energy when first meeting.

He’s about 5 years old, loves his daily playgroups, and does wonderfully with other dogs. He’s a low-key, couch-potato kind of guy who would likely enjoy a calm to medium-energy dog friend. And if you bring treats? You’ll have his full attention. 😂🦴

Wallen would do best in a home with kids 12+. He has limited experience with cats.

He’s been with us for about a year and a half now. How has this good boy still not found his person? It’s time for Wallen to have a couch, a bed, and a family of his own. 🥹❤️

You don’t have to be an animal expert, and volunteering at an animal rescue doesn’t always mean working directly with the animals! Everyone has different strengths, and we want to find where YOU fit best.

We have Purina ONE Chicken & Rice listed on our Amazon Wish List, which can be shipped directly to us, BUT we are grateful for any bags of dog food you’re able to donate. At this point, we will gladly take whatever we can get! 🙏🏼

🛍️ Totally Thrift will be open TODAY from 10 AM–3 PM, so you can definitely drop off food during that time!

Apparently, Coconut thinks sitting in a chair makes him look more adoptable. 🤣❤️ And honestly, how could you say no to that face?!

This handsome boy is still searching for his forever family, and we would LOVE to see him finally get the happy ending he deserves!

Coconut is estimated to be around 3–4 years old, and he is FULL of personality! He is incredibly friendly, loves people, and has enough energy to keep you entertained all day long.
