What an honor to receive reviews like this. I'm so blessed to spend my life helping dogs and their people.
Debra is an AMAZING dog trainer! She was HIGHLY recommended to us by our friends/next door neighbors who are very pleased with her and her facility. We have a dog that was reactive to people, with a bite history, and our family is presently undergoing some major stressful situations and life changes. We were desperate to get him into training as soon as possible, and Debra went above and beyond to accommodate us. We cannot thank her enough for working us into her schedule and above all, the awesome training she has done, not only with the dog, but with his handlers! Her approach and techniques are very different than what we have experienced previously but totally make sense to us and our dog. Simple, so effective, smart and kind.
It is quite evident that Debra loves animals and is proficient in what she does and truly loves what she does. To say she is a dog whisperer would be an understatement. She has a "gift" from above to achieve what she does when training dogs. She communicates with them in a way that is calm, sensible, decisive, firm but loving. It is unbelievable to see the transformation from a dog that is reactive to one that is RELAXED and RESPECTFUL! WOW!
Words cannot express our gratitude for her help during one of the most stressful times of our lives! If you have a reactive dog, don't waste your time calling other facilities. Call Debra immediately, you will not be disappointed!
We have not had a chance to board our dog there, yet we have toured the facility, and it is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The pond/dock diving is amazing also; we have not had a chance to utilize it yet but hope to soon as our pup loves to swim.
Lastly, Debra's staff is also wonderful. I have observed them several times and they are well trained to interact with the dogs. Having owned a business myself and managed 20 + staff members previously, I know that when you train your staff well, and treat them with respect, they give it back tenfold. This is what I have observed there. Happy staff, happy dogs!
