PGA Animal Clinic has been providing the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area with veterinary services for almost 40 years, having been started back in 1978 by Dr. Joseph E. Gillen joined the practice as a veterinarian, after having worked at PGA Animal Clinic during high school at The Benjamin School, and while an undergraduate student at Auburn University. PGA Animal Clinic focuses on providing veterinar

y care to all small companion animals, including exotics. We provide everything from standard wellness exams and vaccinations to dental cleaning, and surgery, including various orthopedic procedures. Our goal at PGA Animal Clinic is to provide quality care to our patients, and to maintain long-standing relationships with our clients and the community.

As a South Florida native, Dr. Gottlieb brings a passion for small animal surgery, exotic animal medicine, and wildlife care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis before receiving his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Gottlieb is dedicated to helping pets live healthier, happier lives while building meaningful relationships with the families who love them. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors, running, attending local community events, and being with family and friends.

We are excited to announce that Dr. Gottlieb will be joining our veterinary team on June 15th, and we cannot wait for our clients and patients to meet him! 💚🐾

Happy Hug Your Cat Day! 🐱

Today we’re celebrating our feline friends and sharing some extra love for sweet Starling! At just 16 weeks old, this adorable Maine C**n kitten has already stolen our hearts. 🥰

We loved getting to spend time with Starling during her visit and can’t wait to see her again for more love, attention, and plenty of admiration from our team.

🐾 Fun Fact: Unlike many cats that reach their adult size by 1–2 years of age, Maine C**ns are slow growers and may continue maturing until they are 3–5 years old!

Dr. Porter and Ralph 💚

It’s safe to say Ralph made quite the impression during his visit! 🐾 At just 11 weeks old, this adorable Bernedoodle had our team smiling from ear to ear, and Dr. Porter was no exception.

Can you blame her? Just look at that face! 😍

🐶 Fun Fact: Bernedoodles are a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. They’re known for their affectionate personalities, intelligence, and love of human companionship, making them wonderful family pets.

We loved meeting Ralph and can’t wait to watch him grow. Thank you, Dr. Porter, for helping our youngest patients feel comfortable, loved, and cared for every step of the way. 🐾✨

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Carolina Coto to the PGA Animal Clinic family! 🐾

Beginning in late June, Dr. Coto will be seeing patients and bringing her passion for preventative care, dermatology, quality of life medicine, and exotic animal care to our community.

A proud South Florida native, Dr. Coto recently graduated from veterinary school and is excited to begin her career helping pets live long, happy, and healthy lives while building meaningful relationships with the families who love them.

When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Miss Frankie. 💚
