We are about 90% booked up for the whole month of September! I’d stay about 10 openings left spaced out over the month. And from here on out it’s gonna be even more busy with the holidays which I highly recommend go ahead now and book through the holidays to be sure you get a spot! Thanks so much everyone! Just a friendly reminder from Posh Paws! 🐶🎀

Once your pup is finished and you’ve been notified that they are ready for pick-up, they must be picked up within 1 hour, unless we have made other arrangements with you ahead of time.

Also, if you have multiple dogs scheduled for the same appointment and only bring one without letting us know ahead of time, you will be charged a no-show fee for the dog that was not brought in. That appointment time was reserved specifically for your dog, and we could have offered that spot to another client.

We completely understand that things happen, and we are always willing to work with you when communication is made ahead of time. ❤️

Please remember that just as we respect your time, we ask that you respect ours. Our schedule stays very busy, and every appointment time matters.

I’d love to gently remind everyone that every dog is different, and every owner has their own preferences when it comes to grooming.

When your puppy or dog is being groomed for the first time—or even the first couple of visits with a new groomer—it can take a visit or two to get everything just right. During those first appointments, we’re getting to know your dog, helping them become comfortable with the grooming process, and learning exactly how you like their haircut.

The best way to help us achieve the look you want is to bring clear reference photos and be as detailed as possible about your expectations. While we always do our very best, we can’t read minds, and descriptions like “just a trim” or “make them look cute” can mean something different to everyone.

We truly appreciate your patience and communication as we work together to create the perfect groom for your pup. Building trust with your dog and understanding your preferences is all part of the process, and we want every visit to be better than the last. Thank you for trusting Posh Paws with your furry family members! 🩷🐾

No-shows and last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that could have been offered to another pet in need of grooming. As a small business, every appointment matters and helps keep our schedule running smoothly.
