Our fourth winter here at MTB and by far the most snow we have seen yet! ❄️ The horses aren’t sure if they love or hate it…but we all are happy for some sunshine after a bitter cold weekend inside. Thankful for helpful boarders and a supportive husband - more hands make light work ❤️🐴

Kicking off 2026 by taking advantage of a few warm days! 🐴☀️ First on the list: arena maintenance. Thanks to our incredible team of boarders and barn help, we leveled, dragged, and spread magnesium flakes. Not videoed was our ride after the fact…but WOW! What a difference in dust control and great footing.

Super appreciative of this barn family ❤️

✨Boarding Opportunity✨ Meant To Be Farm has one full stall board opening!

We are a small, private, insured equine boarding facility located in Palermo, Maine. Experienced owners, Coady and Olivia Lagasse, live on site providing top notch care. We provide a positive environment for horse and rider of all disciplines. Ideally seeking a mature gelding to complete our herd.

Full board includes:
• 12’x12’ matted stall with ample shavings in our timber framed barn
• 60’x100’ indoor riding arena
• 15 acres of open fields for riding
• Large grass turnout pastures (for individual or two horse turnout)
• Tack space
• Grain 2x day
• Hay 2-3x daily
• Blanket, fly mask, fly spray when needed.
