Proudly woman-owned. Built for EVERYONE. 🍄🌳

The best part of building Twisted Tree has always been the community that’s grown with it. The friendships, connections, and incredible people we’ve met along the way. 🤎

Speaking of community, Danielle Danielle Adams & Culture Members Club will be at the Ojai Mushroom Summit this weekend! 🍄 We’re switching things up a little this year. Less selling, more connecting.

We’ll have some merch, but more importantly, we’re inviting you to pull up a chair, hang out, and share your story with us. Whether we’ve known you for years or we’re meeting for the first time, we’d love to hear it.

Because Twisted Tree has always been about more than mushrooms. 🌳

See you in Ojai! 🩵

Meet Caddy. 🐽

A free range pig with the attitude of a grumpy old man and approximately zero interest in being an influencer.

“Oh boy, here we go... she’s filming me again. This is the third time this morning.”

Fair enough, Caddy.

We’ve got a lot of personalities running around this farm, and I figured it’s time you met them all. So consider this the beginning of our unofficial Twisted Tree animal introductions.

Stay tuned for more farm shenanigans, questionable life choices from the animals, and plenty of content they definitely did not consent to.

POV: You bought land because you dreamed of filling it with all your friends...

Turns out your friends are tortoises, alpacas, donkeys, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, and whatever else decides to show up. 😂

Some people collect things.
We collect rescue animals, muddy boots, mushroom projects, and a whole lot of chaos.

Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Welcome to Twisted Tree. 🌱🐢🦙🐖🐓

Ever wonder where the name Twisted Tree Nursery came from? 🌳🍄

Believe it or not, it wasn’t inspired by mushrooms at all.

Our farm is covered in twisted Bigberry Manzanita trees (which I accidentally call Red Berry in the video 😅), and their unique shapes always felt like the perfect reflection of the property. When it came time to name the business, Twisted Tree just felt right.

What makes it even cooler is that these trees have deep roots in Native American history. The berries were traditionally used to make refreshing cider-like drinks similar to lemonade and were also ground into a meal that could be used as a flour source.

So while most people know us for mushrooms, DinoSoil, and tortoises, the name of our company actually comes from the native trees that have been growing on this land long before we ever called it home.

Just a random little Twisted Tree fun fact for your day. ❤️🌿

Grow with Purpose.

Some people fear mushrooms because they don’t just change perception… they challenge ego. 🍄

They have a way of slowing us down, making us reflect, reconnect, and see beyond ourselves. Nature has always had the power to teach us something bigger than what we think we know.

The real magic isn’t “escaping reality.”
It’s returning to it with more compassion, curiosity, gratitude, and understanding. ✨

Maybe expanding your mind isn’t about losing yourself…
maybe it’s about finally seeing clearer. 🍄🤍

Texas was a blur in the best way🤠

Me and were posted at the booth all day and you guys kept us so busy we barely had a chance to step away. Nonstop conversations, familiar faces, new connections… exactly what it’s all about.

Was super stoked to see faces from back home like and 💪🏼🥹

Shoutout to for being awesome neighbors all weekend — always good being surrounded by solid people in this industry.

And of course, thank you to for putting together such an incredible, education-driven event. Spaces like this are what keep the community growing and evolving.

Texas, you were unreal. We’ll come better prepared to explore next time… promise. See you next year 🤝🍄
