🐾 Training Tip Tuesday

Practice in different places.

A dog who sits perfectly in the living room may struggle at the park. New surroundings bring new sights, sounds, and smells.

Begin somewhere quiet, then gradually practice around more distractions. Every new environment helps strengthen the behavior!

🐾 Training Tip Tuesday

Be consistent with your commands.
Choose one word for each behavior and make sure everyone in the household uses it. If one person says 'down' and another says 'off,' your dog may not understand what you want.

Clear communication makes learning easier!
