River Valley Humane Society is proud to announce the launch of the Spay/Neuter Assistance Pilot Program. We are currently serving Johnson, Logan, and Franklin Counties and will be adding more areas in the next few months.

At-a-glance:

🐾 Applicants must submit proof of Johnson, Logan, or Franklin County, AR Residency via our online application system.
🐾 Applicants must submit proof of ANNUAL INCOME for their household via our online application system.
🐾 Upon approval, applicants will be invoiced for their share of the spay/neuter surgery fee as outlined on the online application. River Valley Humane Society will pay the balance of the surgery fee directly to the chosen vet.
🐾 Once paid, applicants can make their spay/neuter vet appointment at any of our participating vets listed on the application.
🐾 Approved applicants will be eligible for surgery services the month AFTER their application is approved.
🐾 River Valley Humane Society is NOT responsible for any exam fees or additional charges related to spay/neuter services.
