Some horses are truly one of a kind, and Charlie was one of them.
A true saint of a school horse, Charlie spent his days teaching riders of all ages. He helped build confidence, taught lessons that went far beyond the saddle, and gave so many riders the chance to learn, grow, and fall in love with horses.
School horses hold a special place in a riding program. They give so much of themselves, often carrying beginners through their first lessons and helping nervous riders find their confidence. They become part of so many childhood memories, first rides, and milestones.
Charlie lived a wonderful life, and right up until his very last day, he was loved and cared for. Saying goodbye is never easy, but we are so grateful for all the years we had with him and for the countless riders who got to learn from such a special horse.
Thank you for everything, Charlie. You were one of the good ones 🐴💙
