Are you looking for the horse that you can fox hunt on a Tuesday, take a dressage lesson on a Thursday and compete in an event on Saturday? Shoot, you could paper chase on Sunday…. Meet Major Flagmount, a 2015 imported (2020-year of import) Irish Draught gelding standing at 16.0H, he is you guy! Major is a wonderful package. He is workmen like on the flat and very easy to put on a frame. He is currently doing training level dressage with some lateral work mixed in. Major is very fun to jump, he looks at nothing. He is very rate-able to the base of the jump and happy to trot or canter in. Very forgiving and kind. He has a nice amount of scope to be safe and fun! Major likes to go for a hack and is happy to walk about or move on.
Major has an extensive fox hunting resume. Most recently(last 2.5 years) he has been hunting first flight with Andrews Bridge in Pa. He is well thought of by the masters. He is well behaved and never refuses a jump. He has also hunted in Va (Deep Run) and prior to his import he hunted in Ireland with Galway Blazers.
Major is an easy keeper with great feet. He is nice in the barn and currently inside during the day and out at night. He would love to live out! There are no visible signs of melanoma on this guy. Very sound model. Snap him up while you can, these kind are hard to find. Location Oxford PA Mid- fives
