Vixen Hall Kennels is located in Southern Chester County on the rolling hills of the Satchell Farm. On 22 acres, these country kennels are set away from busy roads and industry; just a short ride to the country is time well spent for the safety and enjoyment of your pet. Owners Robert & Alexandra Satchell live on premises and believes that the safety and comfort of your pet is first priority. Our

shared philosophy is to treat every pet as if they were our own. We pride ourselves on providing quality care in a loving environment for all who stay with us. Staffed by caring pet professionals, all Vixen Hall employees are passionate about animals and share in our pet philosophies. We provide full service amenities to satisfy all of your pet’s needs:

Our farm consists of large, open fields perfect for dogs who love to run. Two fenced play yards are great for a game of fetch or group play sessions. Our natural pond is the ultimate swimming destination for any water loving pup. And the nature trails that run throughout the property are perfect for a summer’s day hike. By tailoring our services to fit your pet’s needs, we ensure that every guest, from the energetic and youthful to the slower moving senior, gets the kind of attention he/she needs to have a wonderful vacation with us. REQUIREMENTS:

MUST be current on: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations. None PA Residents: MUST provide an up to date CVI Form from their vet (valid for 60 days after being issued) Each State has it's own specific CVI form but the following link is similar to what you will need to provide: https://www.aphis.usda.gov/library/forms/pdf/APHIS7001.pdf

PA Residents: We recommend an updated PA dog license. While not having one will not prevent you from boarding with us, we are inspected by the PA Dog Warden. If your dog does not have an updated license, you can be subject to a $500 fine.

PA residents! Don’t forget to license your dog. While it is not a requirement to board with us, we are inspected several times a year by the PA Dog Warden. The last thing you’re going to want is a $500 fine after you spent $20 on a crab fries bucket only for your kid to complain they’re too spicy and $25 on a strange Labubu doll on the boardwalk because you’re kid claimed it was a necessity to own…. Anyway! License your dog! 🪪🦴

Nanci Newsom has been with us for the past five years and is excited to be more available to help care for your pets grooming needs. Nanci specializes in a variety of breed specific cuts as well as creating adorable “mutt cuts” for mixed breeds. Have a cat that needs a bath and brush out or a lion cut? Nanci has you covered! To be able to care for your furry loved ones in this great country is something we’ll never take for granted.
