This season's mild temperatures and increased rainfall have created the perfect environment for ticks to thrive, and we're already seeing a significant increase in tick activity.

Why does this matter for your dog? Ticks can carry dangerous diseases like Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis and Ehrichiosis, which can cause serious health problems if left untreated.

To ensure your pet's medications, including parasite preventatives, are ready when you need them, we kindly ask that all refill requests be made *at least 24 hours in advance.* 💊

This gives our team time to:
✔ Review your pet's records
✔ Obtain veterinarian approval if needed
✔ Prepare medications accurately and safely

Please keep in mind that requests sent late in the day, on weekends, or before holidays may take additional time.
