A new chapter is beginning, and I’m excited to share that I’ll be transitioning back to The Spirited Dog 🩷
As many of you know, I’ve been operating under the K9aholics name, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that have come from being part of that organization. K9aholics is going in a new direction, and while I completely understand the reasoning behind the decision and genuinely support their choice to grow in that direction, I’ve realized that it isn’t the right path for me personally or professionally.
A huge part of this decision comes down to something that means a great deal to me: the reputation I’ve built and the business I’ve cultivated over the years. The Spirited Dog represents years of hard work, relationships, trust, and a training philosophy that I have poured a tremendous amount of myself into.
With a different structure, there is inevitably an element of association with other individuals and locations that is outside of my direct control. I’m simply not comfortable taking the risk that someone else’s decisions, actions, or reputation could ultimately affect something I have spent years building.
This isn’t a decision rooted in negativity or resentment. I have nothing but respect for the people involved and completely understand why K9aholics is choosing this direction. It’s simply about recognizing what is right for me and protecting the integrity of what I’ve built.
So, I’m coming home to The Spirited Dog 🖤
Same dedication. Same passion for the dogs. Same commitment to my clients. Just a name and direction that feel more authentically mine.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me through every chapter. I’m incredibly grateful for you, and I’m excited to continue building something I can be proud to put my name behind.
