My beautiful Cooper crossed over the rainbow bridge today. I always take this really hard. But somehow this one just hits different. I’ve had Cooper for four years. He and his dad had a very hard time in life. And his dad made the selfless and brave decision to turn Cooper over to me. And I’ll never forget the fact that he trusted me with the thing he loved most in this world.

I can’t imagine living any other life. I love and cherish every moment with these babies . Hopefully we will have a long life together.

An awful lot goes in into running a small rescue. And as you can imagine the bills pile up. If anyone would like to help with our Vet bills, we would really appreciate it. Since we have all senior dogs, we deal with lots of medications and medical issues. And we have a lot of upcoming Vet visits.
Thanks for reading and following our progress

I’m a little late with this post. I want to thank my sister for giving up her memorial day to help me clean the Cat house instead.
And thank you to my brother-in-law for sending out lunch.

A huge thank you to my son-in-law, daughter and grandson for giving up two weekends in a row to come and build me a catio for Mother’s Day. I’ve been wanting one forever and it was the best present I could ask for. The cats and Cooper are loving it

I just wanted to let everyone see King’s new wheels. He seems to be taking to them pretty well. Between the wheelchair and his drag bag his life has changed substantially. It takes so much to keep a small rescue running and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the support.
