We are putting in some new policies that are effective immediately!
•All dogs must be picked up at closing time which is 3:30pm, anyone picking their dog up after 3:30pm will be charged a $25 fee *unless you have talked with your groomer and worked out a plan*
•No shows- customers that frequently schedule appointments and then do not show up for them will have to place a $25 non refundable deposit in order to book your dogs next appointment. Our groomers are commission based and rely on dogs showing up to their scheduled appointments.
We understand that things come up and emergencies happen but please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make it. Again this policy is for the customers that no show frequently.
• New customers booking appointments for our holiday season- November 1st through February 1st- will also require a $25 non refundable deposit upon booking due to the number of no shows surrounding the holidays.
