It has been brought to our attention that Facebook has our hours listed incorrectly. Our business hours are M,T,W&F 10-5.
Th, weekends & holidays are boarding hours only at 9am or 5 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience while we get this resolved. Thank you.

The driveway has been cleared and we are open normal business hours. Thank you for your patience while we got the snow cleared out.

UPDATE: Riveredge will be open for appointments, however we are still unable to move the snow from the hill. A walking path has been shoveled down to the store. You may walk your dogs down or we would be happy to reschedule.

Riveredge is currently closed due to the storm. Secondary roads have not been touched. Please call us at 687-5549 to see if we are in the building before driving down or watch for an update to this post for our return to regular hours. If you have a grooming spot before we reopen, we will call you to reschedule as soon as our groomer can make it back in. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the government shutdown of non-essential businesses we are currently not taking any dogs for grooming. We have attempted to contact those that had appointments scheduled for the upcoming week, unfortunately we did not have phone numbers for all of you. We are hoping to be re-opening in early April. We will be calling to reschedule as soon as we have the go ahead to open back up. We will call you in the order in which we had to cancel to keep it fair to all of our customers. Thank you for your understanding. We do still have boarding service available if needed. Hours for drop off and pick up are 9 AM or 5 PM.

Our Spectrum service is currently out and we are waiting for restoration. This leaves us without phone service but we are open today from 10am-5pm.

Due to weather, Riveredge will be closed today Mon 12/2. Someone will be available at 9am or 5 pm for kennel drop off/ pick up. If you can’t make it today because of weather, no worries we will keep your fur babies safe and warm!

UPDATE: Jane has been found and is home!

One of our customers beloved poodles has gone missing on McLean Rd in Owego. Please keep an eye out for her as she is dearly missed. You may contact us at 687-5549 if you see her. She is a brown standard poodle answers to the name of Jane.
