What we know :: 2yr & 4mo old 25 pounds, neutered, not sure of microchip. Is not on heartworm prevention medication. Is due for vaccination update in September 2026. He will be vetted thru us plans available 🐾
She said that he is very energetic, spunky, loves his person, follows his person around, and loves to jump up on the couch and fit himself on the lap or next to his person. The neighbor next-door has four cats, and if they are out in the yard, he will try to chase them. He has never lived with cats or kids.
He walks on a leash with a harness, but does pull a lot. At night, he sleeps in a crate, and when they leave during the day for a doctors appointment, etc. they put him in a crate. He used to have free roam of the house but admittedly needs additional house-training. He does not know any of his commands, but he will come when you get his attention.
He has been in boarding at Amelia Island animal Hospital since May 2026 . They said he is a lovable dog and very entertaining to watch play. The mother’s health is failing and he deserves a home where he can be more active.
