This was our first time shipping a puppy and I was very nervous about sending her all the way to New Jersey. They (Jay) are amazing! So caring and professional. We received frequent updates and knew how things were progressing every step of the way. He also sent this pictureof her with her new owner. I recommend them 100%!

Most of my phone battery went to rescheduling and rebooking flights. A true testament of my abilities. After it was all said and done, I rebooked 5 times all in a matter of a few hours. All to confirmed flights, no standby! I used other flight delays to work in my favor. Only arrived 3hrs later than expected. Pup did not mind 🥰
