Introducing TONTO:
Aka BigMac. If your looking for thick made without being the height of a giraffe here you go. 12 yr old paint gelding, 14.3hh and I bet close to 1300lbs. Pictures don't do this guy justice.
Trail riders that want to put on the miles Tonto has the grit to be that partner. He has been sitting since spring with owners busy life schedule so the past couple weeks has been back refreshing the employed horse duties! Give this guy a job he is ready for gainful employment! I haven't seen anything he won't try on a trail yet. Would be a cool ranch horse, already been started roping the practice dummy and done great. Located in Otter Lake MI. PM for further details

We acquired "Lucky" in May, an absolute rack of bones, sad and defeated. He has gained well here, the shine to his coat returned, ribs filled in and that sad fearful look in his eyes at intake is soft, kind, and welcoming now. We felt he was ready to go to his new home today and his new people to continue to love and spoil him!

This exercise is so much more than teaching a horse to move to the mounting block.
Here we accomplish
Foundation for Riding: Groundwork like this translates directly to under-saddle maneuvers like leg yields, opening gates
Responsiveness to Pressure: The norse learns to yield its body away from or toward light physical or verbal cues.
Mental Engagement: Moving sideways forces the horse to use the thinking side of its brain and focus on the handler.

Brady is finishing up a couple weeks refresher from enjoying an extra leisurely summer with owners other life obligations. What a big sweet, gentle guy! Pretty sure his life motto is slow down and take time to smell the roses! Mozey is his preferred speed, not rattled by much ever. W ,T, and canter...with a bit of persistence. Friendly, loves people, gets along with his pasturemates also. Bathes, ties, cross ties, tacks up well, respectful to handle, good for farrier. Message for further details!

"Jackson" 10 year old handsome black and white paint gelding, stands approx 14 .3hh. Very personable and sweet disposition, has been great to handle and be around. Jackson has been used to trail ride as his primary job generally a group type ride or with another horse. He has been ridden alone also. Most of the riding has been w/t per owners comfort level however he will canter and really has nice potential to be a cool using type horse for sorting, ranch, gaming etc. Check out video in comments.
