This weekend Meriden Antique Engin and Tractor Association is celebrating their 50th Anniversary. There are demonstrations on Threshing, Blacksmithing, Grain Milling, a general store Tractor pulls, vendors, flea market booths, Live Music and more. We will be there with our Sharpening trailer. Stop in and join the fun!

Central Kansas Free Fair is just around the corner! Are your blades sharp? Clippers running? Need last minute repairs? No Worries, we will be set up with our little red trailer ready to keep you up and running. Stop by and see us!

After a slow start to the show season, we will be bringing our trailer to Abilene for on-site sharpening this weekend. Stop by and see us Saturday May 9th at the Wild Bill Showdown - Spring Sheep, Swine, & Meat Goat Show!

Due to Royce having foot surgery, we have not been able to be on site for sharpening for recent spring shows - (that should be changing in May) however we are still able to take mail in sharpening, so send us what you have and we'll get them right back out for your next show!

We will be sharpening scissors at the Sunflower Journey Quilt Show Saturday April 11 9-5, And Sunday April 12th 12-2. All scissors must be picked up by 2 as we have a Granddaughter's Birthday celebration to attend. See you at the show!

Mark your calendars! End of the Trail Quilt Guild is hosting a Quilt Show! This wonderful group donates beautiful quilts to our agency, so every hospice patient has a cozy quilt made with love. 1/3 of the proceeds from the silent auction will be allocated to Dickinson County Hospice!

We are here at the Wild Bill Buckle Bonanza Beef Show in Abilene, Ks. Today we are doing drop off for sharpening. We are parked between the Beef barns across from the weigh in Scales. Stop by and see us!

Update for the Wild Bill Beef Shoot-out Spring Show.
Royce has been recovering from Foot surgery and has been non-weight bearing for the last 3 weeks. Today he has graduated from a cast to a cam boot - but is limited to bearing weight for balance only and a few steps in the house for 3 more weeks. Needless to say, our trailer is not ready to go on the road for on-site sharpening. We are planning to still be at the show but will have a table set up to take in blades and clippers to bring home and ship back. (We will pay for return shipping.)
