Meet Scooby. This poor older fella has already been at the shelter for over 2 weeks. He came from a home after the owner was evicted. We have attempted to work with the owner to get the dog back while actually speaking with the owner. After 2 weeks, the owner was called again and a voicemail was left this past Thursday with no call back.

Scooby is around 12 years old but still seems pretty active. When the dog warden comes in each morning, Scooby is so excited and happy! He had very long toenails which were trimmed and he is now up to date on vaccines. Scooby is very friendly, loves attention and seems to be good around other dogs. Scooby really wants to find a home instead of spending any more time at the shelter (even thought he seems to like it! LOL).

If interested in checking out Scooby, you can message the shelter, call (419) 523-8617 to schedule an appointment or stop by on Thursdays from Noon to 1 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am.

Has anyone seen Max and Pete? They went missing on Friday morning from the area of Rd B between Rd 23 and Rd 24. Neither dog has been seen since and they will probably stick together. Max is 11, red in color and has a pet safe collar on. Pete is around 2, black and white with a pet safe collar on as well. If anyone happens to see either dog, please comment on the post or message the shelter.

These two pups are looking for new homes. Both are females and about 7 months old. They are not sisters and they are currently not at the dog shelter.

Muffin - Black in color, possibly a lab/retriever mix type, still needs some work on getting house broken, seems to be good with other dogs.

Clover - Brown in color, possibly a shepherd mix type, still has some puppy in her as she likes to chew on things, seems to be good with other dogs.

If interested in either dog, you can message the shelter with which dog you might be interested in and a phone number.
