💜 A little reminder about my cancellation policy that I am now starting ! 💜

I completely understand that life happens and last-minute things can come up! However, my grooming appointments are my income, and when an appointment is cancelled last minute, it can be very difficult to fill that spot. Because of this, cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 25$ cancellation fee.

If you give me at least 24 hours’ notice, I can do my best to fill your spot with another client. I will always use common sense and give grace for true emergencies, because I know those things happen! 🐾💜

I truly appreciate everyone respecting my time and my business. This policy simply helps protect my schedule and my income while allowing me to continue providing the best care for your pups!
