We would love to introduce our employee of the month for august—Abbie H!!!!

Abbie has actually been working in vet med for 4 years, but just joined our team in May of this year! She is part of our reception team, and has been rocking it since day one!!

Her favorite parts about working here are educating clients, making connections with both clients and patients alike, learning more about veterinary medicine, and bringing kindness and compassion to our clients, especially in a time of need! ❤️ This is why she has become an integral part of our CSR staff!

Abbie is currently learning Spanish and uses duolingo daily!! This is a great skill to have, so maybe next time you get the chance to see her in our lobby, strike up a conversation in spanish!!

She has 5 pets, Boone—a 4 year old black lab, Beef—a 1 year old black lab, Cleopatra and Linguini—2 four year old domestic shorthair kitty siblings, and Basement Kitty (AKA B.K)—around 2 year old domestic long hair kitty!

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys a plethora of hobbies including playing sand volleyball, fishing, collecting oddities, spending time with family and friends, crafting, listening to music and going to concerts, rodeos, truck and tractor pulls, thrifting, and anything that includes her dogs!!!!! An interesting fact that you may not know about her is that her high school graduating class had 18 total students!!

Sweet Peggy -always in our 💕

We were so touched when Peggy’s owners brought breakfast for our team Saturday morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to honor the special place Peggy will always hold in our hearts.

We are so thankful for their kindness and for allowing us to be a part of Peggy’s life. She will be missed more than words can say. 🐾💕
