Okay but let’s talk about the ✨teddy bear face✨ obsession 🧸💕
Everyone wants it… but here’s the little secret 👀 to get that perfectly round, fluffy look, we do have to take the snout a bit shorter. It’s what makes those eyes pop and gives that soft, cuddly vibe!
Just look at Jack 😍🐾 that face is EVERYTHING. You can really see how that shorter muzzle brings the whole teddy bear look together!
AND today is a HUGE day for our sweet boy 💜 He’s going for his therapy dog certification!! 🥹🐶

I just wanted to kindly address the 100% deposit requirement for appointments.
I completely understand that being asked to pay upfront can feel a little unexpected, and I truly appreciate everyone who has reached out with questions. The reason for this policy is simply to help prevent no-shows, which have become more frequent recently.
As a small, one-person business, missed appointments have a big impact — not just on me, but also on other customers who may have needed that time slot. This policy helps keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
I also want to say this is not directed at those who communicate — I truly appreciate you. If something comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always willing to work with you when there’s communication.
