🐾 GROOMER WANTED — SHARED TURNKEY SALON SPACE IN OSHKOSH! ✂️
I've had a few groomers really love my former Precious Paws salon setup, but not necessarily need—or want the overhead of—an entire salon to themselves. So, I'm considering opening the space as a shared salon for two independent groomers!
I currently have interest in one of the two spots and am looking for another groomer who may be interested in sharing the space.
✨ $1,300/month per groomer — water, gas & electric included
✨ Fully furnished & equipped grooming salon
✨ Professional grooming setup already in place
✨ Run your own independent business
✨ Set your own schedule, pricing & services
✨ Bring and keep your own clientele
✨ Skip the cost of outfitting an entire salon from scratch
✨ Oshkosh location
This could be a great fit for an established groomer with their own clientele who wants the freedom of working independently without taking on the cost of an entire salon—or a groomer who's ready to move away from a commission-based salon and build something of their own.
This is a shared professional salon space, not employment through Precious Paws. Each groomer would operate their own independent business while sharing the salon space.
I'm currently working through the final details of how the shared arrangement would operate. If this sounds like something you'd genuinely be interested in, send me a message and let's talk! 🐾

Yes, Precious Paws is still pet sitting! 🐾💕

The grooming salon may be closed, but I’m still offering pet sitting and dog walking for current and new clients.

If you’re heading out of town, working a long day, or just need someone you trust to check in on your pets, I’d love to help.

Your pets get so much more than a quick food-and-water stop. I can handle feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, litter boxes and pet-area cleanup, plus small-animal care. I can also bring in mail/packages, take out trash and water plants while you’re away — all while giving your pets plenty of attention, playtime and love. 🐾❤️
