Sometimes the longer they stay, the harder it is to let them go…but without change, growth is not possible. Captain Hook has found his forever home, and will now be known as Excelsior’s Let’s Grow Wild, call name “Bergie”. His professional interests include flyball, agility, scent work, barnhunt and more! Huge congratulations to Amanda Pollard and family, we can’t wait to see him thrive with your pack and try all the things!

Vienna 🤩- back in the lanes for the first time since she whelped her litter. She did amazing and handled a club flight like a champ! Her wall board/box work is coming back together nicely after her hiatus and her recalls remain speedy! Next up is ball work and jump value to begin piecing the game together, as well as progressing to the box.

Denim 🩶- baby girl was on fire this weekend and brought her A game sat. and sun. I tear up watching her highlight reel from the weekend and seeing that the game finally “snapped” into place for her. Growing and “learning” the game with a new dog can be a completely different and frustrating experience, but I have learned SO incredibly much and am greatful for all Denim has taught me. Look out for a possible singles debut 👀.

Hook🪝 learned a lot of socialization skills in the racing building, met new people and got to play with a stafford pup on our team from Kaleidoscope Staffordshire Bull Terriers. He was pooped after a hot and exciting weekend 🙌🏻

On Sunday, Ursula (now Hekabe- registered name TBD) left us for an exciting life in Kentucky! She is being retained in a co-own home to bring joy to a family and grow the next generation for Willowbend ACDs. Thanks Kristi Howell Via for choosing Hekabe as your keeper from Potter x Vienna. This bold little girl has a bright future pursuing conformation, agility, dock diving and more! Congratulations Susan Detwiler and Bethany Detwiler, you guys are going to have so much fun with her. ❤️
