Dear Clients,

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our internal callback reminder system in regards to follow up communication after appointments or check-ins for ongoing medical concerns. This is not tied to any personal information breach, it is limited to reminders used by our team internally to follow up on our patients. We are currently working with our practice software provider to investigate the root cause of this issue, and will continue to do so until it is resolved.

In the interim, if you have any questions about your pet, or were expecting to hear from us and haven't, please don't hesitate to call, text, or email us. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we address this.

Thank you,
