🌟 TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT!!! 🌟
Our first spotlight goes to Eli! 📣 Eli is a High School student at Versailles High School. He is a member of Future Farmers of America! 🇺🇸 (FFA ) Eli lives in the country & has animals on his farm, but no horses. Well, Eli wanted to work at the barn, but with no real 🐴 horse knowledge but his hard work ethic, paying attention to detail, asking questions…. Sometimes the same one 2 or 3 x (but I want that as you don’t learn without asking) but he has came so far this season! 👏 He now toes the line like everyone else. Eli has good people skills. 😊 He is one of our TEAM MEMBERS that could get a rock to talk back to him. 😂 He is not afraid of hard work! He will get in and get after it…. even though sometimes I have to say, Eli….what are you supposed to be doing because he just loves to TALK! I have gotten compliments from Guest saying Eli was kind & helpful! One of Eli’s favorite parts of working at Thouvenel Stables is getting to work with everyone on our TEAM & getting to meet so many new people. Eli’s favorite horse is Cowboy… that is who his pic is in the pic!!! Which Cowboy also joined us this season. Great new horse! Eli is 💪strong & it sure is nice to have him around to handle those alfalfa bales. His horsemanship skills & knowledge are growing & will continue to do so! What I love ❤️ about Eli is he knows he is learning & he listens & applies what he learns. That my friends, is such an amazing characteristic to have! Plus he is dependable & shows up! 🙌 Eli, thank you so much for being a great addition to our TEAM! We appreciate your great attitude & 😃 smile!!! Keep up the hard work!!!! I am very proud of you!!
