There are 44 species of peacock spiders in the genus Maratus. Found only in Australia. Most are about 5 mm long, but the intricate blue, red, yellow, purple, orange and black pattern on the tail of each species is unique and so is the choreography of each species’ dance. In the next 13 days, I will post 13 of the different species.
