🐾 **Rescue Spotlight: Buddy — Healy Pack GSD Rescue** 🐾
We are incredibly proud to work with all of our amazing rescue partners, but this month, the spotlight is shining on **Buddy from Healy Pack GSD Rescue!** 💙
Well… sort of! Buddy’s story began with the Healy Pack angels finding a senior dog named **Michael** who was living in less-than-ideal circumstances and certainly wasn’t getting to enjoy the happy, healthy golden years he deserved.
When they saw Michael, they knew they had to help. They moved heaven and earth to get him all the way to Orlando, with the intention of simply becoming his foster family.
But we all know how that story usually ends…
**Foster fail!** ❤️🐾
The Healy Pack family has a special tradition: every rescue they welcome gets a new name beginning with the letter **B**. And honestly, we can't think of a more perfect name for this sweet, happy boy than **Buddy**.
Buddy has stolen their hearts—and ours!
His journey has also inspired us to make a little update to one of our favorite sayings. We’ve always said:
**“Love is a four-legged word.”** ❤️
But Buddy reminded us that sometimes…
**“Love is a three-legged word.”** 🐾❤️
Buddy is a proud **tripod**, and he doesn't let that slow him down one bit. His happiness, resilience, and loving spirit are a beautiful reminder that sometimes the animals who need us most have the biggest capacity to teach us about love.
Thank you to the incredible angels at **Healy Pack GSD Rescue** for seeing Buddy’s potential, opening your hearts and home, and giving this sweet senior the life he deserves.
