💚🐾 VET TECH WEEK SPOTLIGHT: ALYSSA! 🐾💚

We’re wrapping up our Vet Tech Week spotlights by celebrating another amazing member of our Avalon Family Vet care team — Alyssa! 💕

Alyssa is the definition of hardworking and dedicated! She puts her heart into caring for every patient who comes through our doors, and her attention to detail never goes unnoticed. 🩺🐶🐱

One thing we truly appreciate about Alyssa is that she makes sure no detail gets left behind! Whether she’s completing patient notes, double-checking that everything is finished, or making sure clients leave with a thorough recap of their pet’s visit, she takes pride in doing things the right way!

It’s those little things that make such a BIG difference in veterinary medicine. 💗

Alyssa, we see your hard work, your dedication, and the love you have for your patients! Thank you for always going the extra mile and helping our clients feel informed and confident in their pets’ care.

We are so lucky to have you as part of our Avalon family! 💚🐾

🐾💚 VET TECH WEEK SPOTLIGHT: WHITNEY! 💚🐾

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on another amazing member of our Avalon Family Vet care team — Whitney! 🩺🐶

Whitney brings so much passion, dedication, and heart to everything she does! Whether she’s helping a nervous patient feel comfortable, learning new skills, or lending a helping hand to her teammates, Whitney is always ready to jump in and give it her all! 💕

One thing we absolutely love about Whitney is her willingness to continue learning and growing in veterinary medicine. From assisting with appointments to providing hands-on patient care, she reminds us that being a veterinary technician is about so much more than the medical side — it’s about compassion, patience, and being a voice for those who can’t speak. 🐾

Whitney, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! We see the effort you put into caring for our furry patients, and we’re so thankful you’re part of our little Avalon family! 💚

Help us show Whitney some LOVE in the comments! 🥰🐾

🐾💗 VET TECH WEEK SPOTLIGHT: BROOKE! 💗🐾

✨ Big Heart. Bright Future. Endless Compassion. ✨

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who proves that passion isn’t measured by years of experience! 💚

Meet Brooke! 🩺🐶🐱

Brooke may be newer to the veterinary field, but don’t let that fool you! Her passion for animals, eagerness to learn, and dedication to our patients shine through every single day.

One of the things we admire most about Brooke is that she doesn’t just want to know HOW to do something — she wants to understand WHY we do it. She’s constantly asking questions, soaking up knowledge, and looking for ways to grow.

But what makes Brooke truly special? Our CLIENTS remember her by NAME! 🥹💕

That says everything about the kind of person she is.

Her warm smile, welcoming personality, and genuine willingness to help make every client and patient feel like family. Whether she’s comforting a nervous pet, helping a client, or jumping in to support her teammates, Brooke brings heart to everything she does.

🌸 Brooke, your kindness, curiosity, and teamwork do not go unnoticed. We are so proud of the care team member you’re becoming, and we can’t wait to watch you continue to grow in this field!

The veterinary world is lucky to have you, and so is Avalon Family Vet! 💚🐾

Help us show Brooke some LOVE today! 💗

🐾💗 HAPPY VET TECH WEEK! 💗🐾

Behind every wagging tail, every comforting cuddle, every successful procedure, and every pet that leaves our hospital feeling better is a care team that gives their whole heart. 🩺🐶🐱

At Avalon Family Vet, we want to take a moment to recognize three very special people who make our hospital what it is!

💕 Brooke, Alyssa, and Whitney 💕

We SEE you. We see the hard work, the long days, the patience, the compassion, and the passion you bring to your jobs every single day.

We see the extra cuddles you give nervous patients, the love you show animals who aren’t even your own, the teamwork behind the scenes, and the dedication you put into learning and growing.

Veterinary medicine isn’t always easy. Some days are messy, exhausting, emotional, and downright chaotic. But through it all, you continue to show up and give our patients the love and care they deserve. ❤️

You are more than just our care team. You are nurses, advocates, educators, comforters, problem solvers, and sometimes even a pet’s very best friend.

We are SO incredibly proud of each of you and the passion you have for veterinary medicine. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we hope you know just how appreciated and loved you are!

Our hospital wouldn’t be the same without YOU THREE! 🥹💗

With so much love and appreciation,

Your Avalon Family Vet Family 🐾🌿

🐾💚 Meet Esso, Our Sweet Sugar Baby! 💚🐾

Can we get some love for this sweet baby girl?! 🥹🐶

Meet Esso, one of our adorable diabetic patients here at Avalon Family Vet! 💕

☝️ DID YOU KNOW?! Your pets can actually wear a FreeStyle Libre glucose sensor, just like humans can! 🤯

This tiny little sensor is making a BIG difference in how we manage diabetes in our furry friends! 🩺

🐾 What’s so PAW-some about it?

💚 Monitors glucose levels throughout the day and night!

💚 Helps our veterinary team understand glucose trends and make informed treatment decisions!

💚 Reduces the need for frequent needle pokes and traditional glucose curves!

💚 Allows pet parents to monitor their furry family member’s glucose from home!

And the best part? More information means we can work toward better diabetes management for our sweet patients! 🥰

Esso was such a good girl while getting her sensor placed, and we couldn’t be prouder of him! 🐕💚

✨ Diabetes doesn’t have to stop your pet from living a happy, tail-wagging life!

Have questions about diabetes or glucose monitoring for your pet? Our Avalon Family Vet team would love to help!

🐾💚 Meet Alyssa: Beyond the Scrubs! 💚🐾

It’s time to get to know another one of the smiling faces behind the care at Avalon Family Vet! 🥰

Meet Alyssa, one of our amazing veterinary technicians! When she’s not busy loving on your furry family members, she’s enjoying some of her favorite things!

🏖️ Beach Days! Sunshine, sandy toes, and ocean waves? Yes, please!

🎣 Gone Fishing! Alyssa loves spending time outdoors with a fishing rod in hand!

☕ Starbucks Runs! Because a little caffeine makes everything better!

🌮 Mexican Food Lover! Tacos, queso, and chips & salsa are always a good idea!

Whether she’s caring for your pets or soaking up the sunshine, Alyssa brings a little extra brightness wherever she goes! ☀️

We’re so happy to have her as part of our Avalon family! 💚🐾

Now we have to know… are you team Starbucks ☕ or team tacos 🌮? Tell us below! 👇

🦷🐾 What’s the Avalon Family Vet team up to today?! 🐾🦷

✨ DENTAL TRAINING DAY! ✨

We’re trading our usual appointments for a day full of learning, teamwork, and LOTS of pearly whites! 🪥🐶

We’ve made some exciting upgrades to our dental equipment, including:

🦷 A brand-new dental scaler, polisher & drill!

📸 New dental X-ray equipment and sensor!

🐾 Hands-on training to help our team feel confident and ready!

Some of our team members are learning new skills, while others are brushing up (pun intended 😉) on their dental knowledge!

💚 Why does this matter? Because your pet’s dental health is SO much more than just fresh breath! Healthy teeth and gums are an important part of their overall health and happiness.

At Avalon Family Vet, we believe that investing in our team means investing in better care for YOUR furry family members! 🥹💚

We’re so excited to put our new equipment and skills to work!

Give our hardworking team some love in the comments! 👏🐾
