Please help us raise funds for Caspian's entropian surgery! While trapping a few cats for TNR that are newer to an established colony, this boy showed up as I was packing up. It became apparent that he had mange so he was trapped for treatment. Once in custody it was quickly learned that he was extremely friendly and therefore not going back to the Colony. He was intact and has since been neutered, vaccinated and combo tested (FIV +) but what was suspected to be an eye infection that often accompanies mange, was then realized to potentially be entropian which was later confirmed at the eye specialist. The original quote we were provided was very high and so we are working on setting him up with a lower cost Clinic to conduct the surgery but this was unanticipated and funding is still very limited and we are still trying to recover from recent exorbitant Veterinary bills.
