It's absolutely amazing how well box turtles can blend in with their surroundings. I almost missed seeing all of them today. Lol

Shrimp tails are a popular treat around here. Cookies and Milk both latched on to this one and had it out. Milk emerged victorious this time. I gave Cookies his own after.

Wood and box turtles usually get super enthusiastic about live food, but the wood turtles, at least, can also DESTROY some greens. Allow Chalupa to demonstrate.

This little wood turtle has always been the most reluctant eater from the last group I got. He's separated from the rest now in hopes he'll put his n a little weight. Right now he's only feeling so so about mealworms.

A bug got into Jeremiah's tank. It looks like he noticed. I'm afraid that bug may not have much time left.
