A rescuers famous last words are “I’m taking a break from fostering”. Let’s be honest though does that truly ever happen? I am proud of myself, I made it exactly half the year but something’s you cannot unsee.

Chris and I have been working a trailer park near my house for months now. We started with the house that was willing to let us trap. We managed to get I believe 15 fixed, two adopted out and sadly two were too sick and humanely euthanized. Then we moved over to the home with the biggest problem and started trapping off site as she was still not willing to work with us. After fixing a few of her outdoor ones and returning them the feeder started to trust us. She has been nothing short of a pain to work with but we are trying to stick it out to help these poor cats. Well on Saturday when returning an indoor adult cat we fixed I asked if I could have the two kittens on the porch. She told me no but instead brought me four very sick kittens from inside. They are two different litters. The older ones were bad and sadly one was already dying when I picked them up. He didn’t make
It even 24 hours with me 💔. Severely underweight and just pale as a ghost from flea anemia. His sister is hanging in there. The two smaller ones have bad eye infections and they aren’t even old enough to open their eyes yet. I have been tube feeding them as they are too stuffy to eat.

If you feed cats and take them into your home it is your responsibility to get them spayed and neutered and basic vet care. This all happened because someone started taking in cats that were dumped at the park and never fixed. It can get out of hand so fast.

Sunny Days Dog Training LLC and Maxs foster have been doing amazing work with him! He’s come so far in such a short amount of time! We just sent off a DNA test for him but we are guessing he’s mixed with mastiff.

We are still willing to sponsor his continued training in his new home so he is available for adoption. He’s such a good boy that was dealt such a crappy hand in life.

This handsome boy I have named Finely. He showed up on my front porch camera a couple of months ago and I could tell his ears had a issue. He disappeared before I could trap him. He popped back up a few days ago so I put out a trap and got him pretty fast. He’s resting up inside currently. We are trying to fast raise $500 in a week to cover the cost of his surgery. We have a kind vet who is dedicating their time to do his surgery but we need to pay for the supplies and pathology that go with the surgery. I was told it would be around $500 and he is scheduled on Wednesday the 25th. Since Facebook can take months to pay out to 501c3s I will post our PayPal and cash app payment options, plus my personal one. The most perfect boy is still looking for his forever home! He has the husky energy but knows how to relax also. He just had the rest of his staples and stitches removed so he’s ready to fly his foster home!

Levi is about a year old, super soft and can be trusted around dogs, cats and children. He is said to be crate trained but he has done great being allowed to free roam the house and I haven’t needed to crate him. Levi has also mastered sit and lay down. He could use leash manners as we haven’t been able to harness him because of the staples. He’s not terrible but he does pull.

Levi would love a home with another playful dog, though that’s not required. A fenced in yard is however required-he needs room to run off his energy!

Up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on flea and heartworm prevention. Application and adoption fee is required.

Levi was surrendered two weeks ago and is at the vet for life saving surgery. We do not have the funds for this and need to raise around $3,000 asap! We have a feeling he was surrendered knowing that he was sick so he suffered way longer than he needed to.

Ok guys help this crazy cat lady out! I know I’ve posted these guys before but they have had zero interest as it’s kitten season and no one wants a full sized cat right now 💔

Everyone is fully vetted and fully spoiled and looking for the most perfect homes.

Stevie-Flame point baby. Almost a year old and FIP survivor. He’s a talkative and cuddly baby. He also weirdly loves belly rubs. Fitz is his brother and I would love for them to go together but it’s not required. He does need another cat friend though.

Fitz- Flame point sideways head baby. He is almost a year old and has a head tilt from a bad ear infection. It doesn’t bother him at all though. He is also a FIP survivor and loves belly rubs. He’s love to either go home with Stevie or even Tadpole

Tadpole- About 4 months old and has three legs. He’s a doll and wants nothing more than to sit in your lap and purr. He’s gotten along well with the other cats in the house. He is a tad shy but is coming out of his shell so much. As soon as you sit down he runs to your lap.

Creek- This handsome fellow is about 5 years old. He’s had eye surgery and most recently a dental. He’s been available for almost a year now, been to multiple adoption events and he keeps getting looked over. Creek is so loving and will sleep on your chest all night. He’s also a expert  biscuit maker!

Everyone has a adoption fee and contract but all need a home as they have been in foster care for far too long!

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted our wishlist for my fosters and we are running low on stuff. Right now I have fosters who have been with us for almost a year so the biggest need is adult dry and wet food and cat litter. Strange to not have a house full of kittens! I also added Petsmart gift cards on the list because I currently have some coupons I can use there to stretch the savings out.

We also need adopters who aren’t looking for super tiny kittens. Stevie, Fitz and Scarlet are about a year old now. Tadpole is about 3 months old and can’t forget about sweet ole Creek who is about 5 years and just had a fresh dental done. Everyone is ready to fly the coop!

Stevie and Fitz (the FIP babies) are doing great in observation and have about 42 days left and they will be ready for their new home together.

Creek is still looking for the most perfect home for him. He’s just the sweetest and makes the best biscuits!

The boys rocked their 84 days of injections and have started the 84 days of observation of FIP treatment! No matter how many I treat I am always amazed at how well they bounce back and go back to being kittens.

Update posted on the boys! Our last post with the gofundme had almost 700 shares and zero money dontated. We need funds to keep treating these boys! We do not have enough funds to run the suggested bloodwork and we need more vials asap. A 8 day supply of vials cost about $340 and bloodwork is $130 per cat. I’m afraid that the fact that they are beautiful and don’t look sick people dont want to donate. I can promise you they look fine on the outside but their insides are is what being attacked along with their eyes. So please share and even $5 helps!
