Happy Sunday to all! Just a few things:

* If someone else picks up your pup, please remember to text me asap to schedule their next appointment. 90% of the time I move right onto the next dog and will never remember to text you. Forgetting to schedule may result in no availability by the time you remember to text me.

* If you are the one who picks up, I encourage everyone to schedule, at minimum , two appointments out when you leave, but you are also welcome to schedule out as far as you would like into the new year.

* As far as last minute forgotten or missed appointments. I have never charged a fee and never will because I understand things happen. Just know I respect your time but please respect mine by noting your next appointment somewhere as soon as you leave so it isn't missed. I will always do my best to reschedule you, but appointments are limited so it may take weeks unless someone else cancels.

With those points being said, I want everyone to know again how much I appreciate each and every one of you! Nomatter when I have asked someone to switch days or change times with another client, everyone has been so great about it. When I am running late or ask for you to come early, again great. As I have said before, working with dogs is never consistent so I appreciate everyone's flexibility. I will in turn always respect everyone's requests and situations that pop up. Just know I get calls weekly, not just because it is me, of people looking for groomers and have to turn them away. Emergencies aside as they cannot be helped, every forgotten appointment takes away from someone in need of a groomer. Please remember I am just one,very busy, person doing my best to keep things moving along the safest and most efficient way I can for all my furry clients who I adore!

Standard Poodles are generally a longer groom time because it requires many steps. Vivian has very high energy and it's hard for her to stay still so I always reward her with some pineapple playtime at the end!❤️
