🐾 Our office is CLOSED TO WALK-INS. We will be providing remote and drive-up assistance. Please park outside and call (716) 662-2700 between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

🐾 For BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Call our office and we can leave batteries in our drop box or bring them out to you in your car. We accept cash, check & cards. You may also place an order online (www.petstopwny.com) or by phone and we can ship an order to your home.

🐾For WARRANTY REPLACEMENT: Please call our office. We typically have replacement components in stock. If not, we can have it shipped to your home.

🐾REMOTE SALES PRESENTATIONS: if you’re interested in an estimate, please call our office. We can organize a time for an experienced team member to drive by your property and provide an estimate.
