🐾 Important Reminders from Posh Pups 🐾
To help us provide the safest and best grooming experience possible, we ask that you please let us know if your dog has ANY type of aggressive behavior before their appointment.
This includes:
• Cage aggression
• Growling, snapping, or biting
• Aggression toward people or other dogs
• Food or toy aggression
• Sensitivity or aggression when certain areas of their body are touched (feet, ears, face, tail, etc.)
Please understand that we are not judging your pet—we simply need this information to keep your baby and our groomers safe. ❤️
We would also like to remind everyone that the time you schedule with us is your pet's DROP-OFF TIME, not necessarily the exact time we begin grooming. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but grooming times can vary depending on each pet's needs.
⏰ We do allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments. After those 15 minutes have passed, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled.
