This 3-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier came to us unable to put weight on her left leg. Her owner wanted a second opinion, so we performed x-rays and a thorough orthopedic exam, which revealed a complete cranial cruciate ligament tear.

We recommended and performed TPLO surgery to stabilize her knee. Thanks to careful surgical technique and post-op care, she has made an amazing recovery — walking comfortably, running, and playing pain-free! 💛

It’s always rewarding to see our patients get back to the life they love.

This 6-year-old female Border Collie came to us for a second opinion after showing persistent limping and reluctance to put weight on her back left leg. She had already been evaluated at another hospital, but her family wanted to explore all options.

After radiographs and a thorough orthopedic exam, our team diagnosed a torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL). To restore stability to her knee and help her return to an active, pain-free life, TPLO surgery was recommended.

The surgery was a success, and her recovery has been wonderful. She has healed beautifully and is now walking comfortably again—no pain, just happy steps forward. 🐶💛

We’re so proud of her progress and grateful her family trusted our team with her care.

🐾 Neuter Surgery with a Discovery! This little guy came in for a routine neuter, a standard procedure to safely remove the testicles.
Since he was a new patient and had never visited our hospital before, we performed a same-day pre-surgery exam.During the exam, we discovered that he had a cryptorchid testicle—a condition where one or both testicles haven’t descended into the sc***um as they should. 🩺
Surgery was needed not just for neutering, but also to remove the retained testicle, which can cause health problems like cancer if left inside.
The procedure went smoothly, and he’s now on the road to a healthy recovery!💙

A 7-year-old Boxer 🐶 came to us for a surgical consultation after his family noticed a large bump on his right ear. After visiting several veterinarians for opinions, they came to our hospital for further evaluation.

The mass was diagnosed as a mast cell tumor (MCT) — a common type of skin cancer in dogs that can be locally aggressive and capable of spreading.

To fully remove the tumor and help prevent metastasis, surgery was recommended. In this case, a complete pinnectomy was performed, meaning the affected ear flap was surgically removed.✂️

We’re happy to share that the procedure went smoothly. ✨ Complete surgical removal with clean margins was achieved, and our patient has been healing very well. 💙
Early evaluation of unusual lumps or bumps can make a big difference. If you notice any changes on your pet’s skin, we always recommend having them checked by your veterinarian. 🩺
Wishing this sweet Boxer a smooth and comfortable recovery. 🐾

Six months of limping led this 7-year-old mixed-breed dog to our hospital 🐾
Her owner noticed the limping had been getting worse, and she would make a squeaking sound when being lifted, so we performed radiographs for a closer look.

We discovered that both kneecaps were slipping out of place, along with a cranial cruciate ligament injury in her left leg. To give her the best outcome, we performed bilateral MPL correction along with TPLO surgery.

The surgery was successful, and she did an incredible job recovering from this big procedure.💛 She healed very well and showed amazing strength throughout her recovery.
We’re grateful to her owner for trusting our team with her care.

This sweet 9-year-old Golden Retriever girl came to us after limping on her back left leg for several months. The lameness was on and off, but her owner noticed she was having a harder time getting up and would wince when putting weight on that leg.

After a thorough orthopedic exam and radiographs, we diagnosed a cranial cruciate ligament tear and recommended TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery to restore stability and comfort.

Before surgery, we performed comprehensive pre-anesthetic bloodwork to ensure she was healthy and safe for anesthesia. We always highly recommend pre-surgical testing, as many conditions—such as liver or kidney issues, blood abnormalities, or heart concerns—can only be detected through bloodwork and monitoring. These tests are especially important before any surgery.

We’re happy to share that her surgery went smoothly and successfully!✨ She has been recovering beautifully and is healing very well. Watching her regain comfort and mobility is the best reward.
