Summer is right around the corner and I should formally introduce you to some very important people - our Orange City managers! This post is long overdue as these 4 ladies have been in charge of the OC location and have stuck with me in their leadership roles for the past 3 summers. 🥹🙏 Madelyne, Madi, Megan & Tanith should all be familiar faces by now!
When I was contemplating opening a second facility, the most important thing to me was finding quality people to run "my first child". They all had big shoes to fill but they've proven themselves and I'm so glad that I've invested my knowledge and time in them!
Each one brings different strengths and qualities to the table. If I had to choose just two traits from each manager that I appreciate the most - it would be Madelyne's intelligence and ability to run a tight ship, Madi's reliability & big heart, Megan's loyalty & proactivity, and Tanith's maturity & kindness. Put that all together and I've got a great team running the show.
All four of them are passionate leaders who do a fantastic job helping others learn and grow. With their deep love for animals and dedication to excellent care, they are excited to serve you all & your pets this summer!
If you'll be boarding your dogs in Sioux Center, you're stuck with me (Shley). But you'll also see Brooke around!
