To the scum that left their pet on our doorstep…
First of all, congratulations on being an absolute disgrace of a human being.
I see you were thoughtful enough to pack a little overnight bag. A pet taxi, a blanket, and a bag of food. How considerate! Nothing says “I love my pet” quite like packing up its belongings and abandoning it on a doorstep. I suppose in your mind, because we work with animals, that automatically makes us the designated dumping ground for people who decide being a responsible pet owner is just too much of an inconvenience. And the best part? You apparently had enough concern for this animal to make sure it had a blanket and a snack, but not quite enough decency to pick up the phone, ask for help, or make sure someone was actually there to receive it. What an interesting combination of preparation and complete lack of character. For future reference, our business offers grooming and boarding services. Abandonment is not one of our advertised amenities. Fortunately for this innocent animal, you managed to leave it with people who actually give a damn. Unfortunately for the rest of society, you’re still out there making decisions and allowed to vote. I sincerely hope the next time you’re overwhelmed by a responsibility, you consider handling it like an adult instead of treating a living, breathing creature like an Amazon return. Do every animal on this planet a favor and never own another one.
P.S. The blanket and food were a nice touch. Shame you couldn’t pack yourself a little integrity while you were at it as***le.
