Though, if given the chance, Rowdy might play with that as if it was a dog toy 😬🙈

🐍✨ Ssssay hello to our handsome visitor! ✨🐍

This boa constrictor stopped by for a little check-up, and we were hiss-terically excited to see him! 💚

🧐 Fun fact: Boa constrictors have special heat-sensing pits around their mouths that help them detect warm-blooded prey—even in the dark! 🌙🔥

Talk about having built-in night vision… just a little more snake-tacular! 😍🐍

🐰 💕 We’ve been having some bunny special visitors lately! Our exam rooms have been filled with lots of little noses, fluffy tails and lots of adorable hops.

We’re always happy to welcome our tiny patients. Even if they are a little distracting.
Welcome to the OVH family Evie, Ember and Emma!

🇺🇸HONORING OUR FOUR-LEGGED HEROES OF 9/11 🐾

Where were you when the world stopped turning- 25 years ago today?

While we huddled in living rooms with our eyes glued to the news stations, hundreds of search and rescue dogs hit Ground Zero running. Searching. Saving.

They didn't understand the magnitude of the tragedy surrounding them. They simply knew they had a job to do—and that people in trouble needed them.

Hour after hour, day after day, they ventured out into dangerous rubble and searched tirelessly for signs of life. As the days grew heavier, handlers had to stage successful “rescues” to keep their dogs motivated.

On top of rescues, they provided comfort to exhausted, overwhelmed first responders and to those overcome with grief- offering silent companionship when words could not console. 🫶

During one of America's darkest moments in history, dogs gave us something we desperately needed: HOPE.

They’re all long gone now but we will forever remember and appreciate them and their dedication.

America’s furry, four-legged heroes. 🐾🇺🇸

❤️ Hug your pup today in their honor ❤️
