The probiotic strains used in Gut Feeling are no longer available to me as a small manufacturer. At this time, I can only source them through a large-scale manufacturing partner, and I simply don’t know if or when Gut Feeling will return in its current form.

A quick note on the expiration date:

These units expire at the end of this month.

Motherhood has always been my first calling. Before the business. Before the long nights. Before any dream I’ve ever chased.

There was a season of my life where I was running on almost nothing but faith, determination, and love for these three kids.

I would wake up at 4:30 every morning to go to my full-time job, come home and immediately step into “mom mode” : practices, homework, dinner, baths, cleaning, bedtime routines… all the things moms quietly carry every single day. Then once the house was finally quiet, I’d stay up until 1 or 2 in the morning building my business from the ground up.

And then I’d wake up and do it all over again.

For about 6 solid months, that was my life.

As exhausting as that season was, I can honestly say it shaped me into who I am today. Oddly enough, COVID ended up being a blessing in disguise for our family. If my hours at work hadn’t been cut back, I don’t know if I ever would’ve had the courage to fully bet on myself and pursue my business the way I did. For the first time, I was able to pour real time and energy into something of my own… and it flourished.

Even now, almost 8 years later, balancing motherhood, business, marriage, life, and everything in between is still hard. I still don’t always make time for myself. I still question if I’m doing enough. But when I look at these three … watching them grow into kind, hardworking, talented humans … I know every sleepless night, every sacrifice, every stressful moment was worth it.

More than any title I’ll ever have, being their mom will always be the greatest one.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there doing their absolute best, even when nobody sees the weight they carry behind the scenes. 🤍

I’ve been unusually quiet about what I’ve been building behind the scenes…

Truthfully, I wasn’t even looking for another thing to take on.

Between running a business, making products by hand, packing orders, being a wife and mom, practices, trainings, cooking dinner, laundry, everyday life… and dealing with an autoimmune condition on top of it all… my plate already felt like it was completely overflowing.

But for some reason, I couldn’t let this go.

Even when it felt overwhelming.
Even when I questioned whether I was capable of doing something this big.
Even when I thought, “Surely someone more qualified should be doing this.”

Because the truth is… I’m not a tech person. I’m learning all of this as I go.

But deep down, I truly feel like the Lord has been moving me in this direction for a reason. And maybe that old saying is true… God doesn’t always call the qualified. Sometimes He qualifies the called.

So here I am.
Learning.
Building.
Failing.
Trying again.

Pouring every extra minute I have into creating something that I genuinely believe can help people care for and feed their animals better.

Something that actually guides and shepherds pet owners instead of confusing or overwhelming them.

I’m still deep in the process.
Still refining.
Still building.

It’s nowhere near finished yet.

But I really believe that once it is… it’s going to change the way we feed our pets. 👀
