Rocky Hollow Homestead From cloth diapering to processing our own meat and everything in between. Our goal is self sufficiency and sustainability. We use cloth for everything!

Here at Rocky Hollow we strive to live in harmony with nature on our one acre slice of Earth. Growing as much of our own food as possible in the garden and raising an assortment of animals for meat/eggs helps to meet that goal. We learn as we go and love to share what has worked or not worked for us along the way. Supporting local farms and bartering is something we are pretty passionate about and

encourage everyone to try it. It has allowed us to do many things we otherwise could not afford. Same goes for recycling/re-purposing building materials. I make many of the things we use daily. I offer many of these things for sale to help us meet our self sufficiency goals. This includes: cloth mama pads, cloth napkins, baby and family wipes, bibs, burp cloths, felt childrens play food, reconstructed clothing, hatching eggs, chickens, ducks, and rabbits, ( as pets or for your freezer) and the list continues to grow as we find more that we are passionate about. Etsy link to come soon. Next year we begin our Homeschooling adventures with our 8 year old and 4 year old.

Here is what I currently have available.

SNN= silkie naked neck pen. I have a white silkie roo over a buff silkie hen, a smooth nn hen and two frizzle nn hens.

NN= naked neck pen. Naked neck roo over olive egger hens and amauricana hens. All will lay a colored egg.

OE= olive egger pen. Amauricana roos over marans hens in black copper, splash and golden cuckoo.

AC= Ayam Cemani pen. Pet quality ayam cemani. Some white/silver leakage, mostly in the boys.
