We want to make a quick announcement regarding our post earlier about Beneath the Bark Isopods

The owner of the page / business reached out notifying us that there was no ill intent behind the name nor did she have prior knowledge of Under Bark. We want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and make it known that we didn’t intend for any hate to come her way.

Upon finding the page, we immediately thought someone specifically was imitating or mocking UB. But we found out hours later that is not the case and the owner turned out to be a complete stranger and for that, we were foolish to assume so immediate.

She does intend to change the page name to prevent further confusion, and we are in full support of the decision to do so. But we will also support her moving forward here on out.
We have removed our “non recommendation” from the page which was a bad joke, and we wanted to clear this up to any of our followers and fellow pod friends.

With that said, if you see this post.. go shoot that page a follow! Not for us, but to introduce her the correct way to the community.

We know how awesome and supportive this community can be, so let’s turn a misunderstanding into something positive!

Thank you.

Thank you for joining us back to back for our One Night Stand & Morning After Show this past weekend! The support you showed us was absolutely unexpected, valued, and tremendously appreciated. We shared some fantastic memories & laughs together as well as big news to our followed & friends.

To date, Friday was the largest show we’ve ever had. In terms of viewers, orders & giveaways. On top of those statistics, we had other isopod sellers contribute their pods & other items in support! I want to make it very clear that we do not deserve any of you! This community has shown us nothing but kindness since the start of Under Bark, and we want to share that with others who are new to the hobby or even those who have been around for a good bit.

We have very big plans for the future, and we want all of you to be apart of them with us. The larger we grow this community together, the more it strengthens. The more it strengthens, the closer we all become and that is how communities THRIVE.

Saturday & Sunday night have been incredibly busy and slightly stressful for us as we troubleshoot & adjust so many orders that came our way. As a brand who hasn’t been in this hobby for even a year, we appreciate your time, patience, and understanding as we push through this phase.

We are happy to announce that every single order got shipped out in time today with the exception of 2 due to non concerning reasons and those on hold due to the fires in the Washington area and surrounding.. our prayers go out to the families and fellow pod people out that way!

We are confident in our packaging that your pods will arrive in safe fashion. The transit process is the most stressful part of shows because you want every single pod to arrive 100% safe. So fingers crossed the good streak continues!

Again thank you so much for everything 🫶🏼 we appreciate everything and everyone that has come our way thus far. Till next time pod people ❤️
